Entry Terms & Refund Policies

RaceDatePro Purchase Terms & Conditions of Sale

Any entry issued is subject to the following conditions and may be revoked by the issuer, event director and/or organiser of the event for breach of any of the specified conditions. RaceDatePro may change or amend these Terms & Conditions of Entry at any time.

Overview

RaceDatePro sells entries as an agent on behalf of Event Organisers (“Event Organiser”). Any representations made by the Event Organiser regarding the event at any time and any associated complaints or claims are the responsibility of the Event Organiser and not RaceDatePro. The Event Organiser sets the entry fee prices.

Your Entry

A confirmation email of your entry is sent to the email address you provided during the entry purchasing process. If you do not receive your confirmation email please check your spam folders before contact the Event Organiser

Look after your confirmation email as you would cash. It must be presented in order to gain entry into the event. The code on the ticket uniquely identifies this ticket and the purchaser, and can be redeemed only once. Multiple copies of this entry will not allow multiple entries. In the event that multiple copies of this code being presented at the event, the event organiser may refuse entry to all participants associated to the code.

When presenting entries or entering events with an age restriction in place, appropriate identification must be shown. If suitable identification is not presented, you may be refused admittance to the event.

All ticket prices are shown in Euro’s and inclusive VAT where applicable. RaceDatePro accepts Visa, Mastercard and Laser Card only.

Postponements, cancellations & refunds

Entries cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled once issued except in accordance with the applicable laws of Ireland.

In the event of a cancellation, the entry will be refunded directly to the credit card used for the original purchase. In the event of a postponement, purchased entry for the original date will be valid for the new date unless otherwise notified. Purchasers have the option to seek a refund for the value of the purchased ticket(s) for a postponed event by contacting RaceDatePro prior to the replacement date for the postponed show at http://www.RaceDatePro.com / contact-us.

In the event that a Event Organiser authorises entry refunds for a postponed event, they will be issued only to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Purchase from unauthorised sources

Entries are sold on behalf of the Event Orgnisers by RaceDatePro. Do not purchase purchase entries from any source other than the RaceDatePro website at www.RaceDatePro.com Entries purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and may be refused admittance to the event.

Changes in program

The Event Organiser reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute events without notice.

Refusal of admission or ejection for objectionable behaviour

The Event Organiser reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse entry to, or eject, any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the race and/or Event Organiser.

Credit card problems

RaceDatePro’s registration system is an e-ticket system with an immediate exchange of information between us and your bank via PayPal or Realex. Occasionally, your bank may not authorise a transaction, based on your account status or your card not being enabled for online purchases. In these instances, it is your bank denying your card, not RaceDatePro, so please contact your bank for a resolution.
